  • The company specializes in the production of machines for filling and capping glass containers using twist-off caps, handling liquid, semi-liquid, and pasty products.

    The machine featured in this case study is designed to close jars and bottles with metal caps. It uses two different belt systems working together to ensure efficient and reliable capping across a wide range of container formats.

    Two V-belts are positioned on either side of the container to rotate it during forward movement, while a pair of flat belts is placed above the jar and cap. These flat belts operate at different speeds, allowing the cap to rotate and screw onto the container with precision.
